YOGA

Yoga is enjoyed by people of all ages and levels of physical fitness. In this class you’ll learn easy and gentle yoga postures to tone your muscles, increase flexibility, balance and nourish your body’s internal systems. The qualified and experienced teacher will guide you through meditation and breathing practices to bring a sense of wellbeing into your daily life. Come along and enhance your health from the very first class. Beginners and experienced yoga students are welcome.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DREAMS

This fun and fascinating course will help you approach life and dreams in a new way. Certified practitioner, Kate Messenger, will teach you powerful techniques for understanding dreams and how to apply their gifts in your waking life. The course will be over six, two hour sessions. Available at both our Ballina and Yamba campuses.

FRENCH 1

This beginning French course will introduce you to basic French language skills and give you an insight into French culture. This class will be held in Alstonville.
