Come along – laugh and live well! Laughter yoga is designed to assist you to unlock the power of laughter for improved holistic health. Focus on tools and techniques that will assist you to reduce stress, boost positivity and confidence. It’s an aerobic exercise that is just plain fun. the yoga bit is the breathing that goes with it (no being on the floor turning yourself into a pretzel!). Suitable for everyone and can be done standing or sitting, so even those who are mobility challenged can participate.
