TAI CHI – MODIFIED YANG STYLE – LEVEL ONE

Practised in China for hundreds of years, the art of Tai Chi offers a complete exercise system, requiring only loose clothing and a pair of comfortable, flat shoes. Movements are precise, flowing, soft, light and circular and combine with breathing techniques and mind intent. Through discipline and dedication practitioners develop mental calmness and clarity, physical health, strength and suppleness with an elevated sense of well-being and a positive outlook. Suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
