TAI CHI – MODIFIED YANG STYLE – LEVEL TWO & THREE
A continuation from Tai Chi Level One. The Modified Yang Style is divided into six levels. Students progress with the form – learning new movements of gradually increasing difficulty. Level Two is best suited to those who have completed Level One or who have an understanding of the basic principles of Tai Chi through a study of a different form such as the Beijing 24. Absolute beginners should commence with either Tai Chi Level One or Qi Gong Shibashi. Suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
