Tim Roberts

Tim has had over 15 year’s experience, running his own successful medium size business within the Telco and finance Industry.

He has had experience in long and short term Sales, Customer service, Employing Motivating and training staff. More recently he has had experience running a small mortgage brokering franchise along with training students in the Diploma of Management and Leadership.

With this training of students Tim has realised his passion in helping others and sharing his business experiences. Tim has a Graduate Diploma of Management, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Tim is also an Accredited DISC ADVANCED Consultant.

Mark Napper

Mark Napper is a leading Business Alchemist who takes extreme pride in transforming businesses. Mark delights in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary; the unrewarding to the rewarding and the unstable to the sustainable.
During Mark’s 25+ years in senior management roles he has been at the forefront of company turn-arounds and change management. He has over a decade of experience in CEO and Managing Director roles. Mark’s industry experience includes agri-business, food, manufacturing, importing, exporting, wholesaling/distribution, FMCG and professional services.

Having run businesses Mark has great empathy for the business owner/manager struggling with improving their business. Mark has lived those moments and knows there is a solution if you commit to have a “whatever it takes” attitude.

As Business Advisor, he revels in helping clients in the food, agriculture and manufacturing industries develop the necessary strategies, systems and culture to thrive and succeed in their respective markets.

Capitalising on his advanced skills in organisational development, process management, and revitalising established cultures, Mark also lends his experience on numerous boards and is a key advisor on special government projects.

As part of his commitment to giving back to the business community, Mark mentors a handful of companies, whilst running his fruit orchard in Byron Bay.
