Biosecurity and Sustainability Workshop
This informative workshop will teach you the basics of how to implement biosecurity measures protect your enterprise from biosecurity risks. Biosecurity measures are designed to reduce risks of transmission of infectious diseases arising in:
- Crops
- Livestock
- Quarantine pests
- Invasive species
- Living modified organisms
In this workshop you can create a biosecurity plan for your property and learn about sustainable techniques to reduce biosecurity risks. Topics covered includes soil and water assessment and strategies to increase biodiversity while reducing farm inputs.
This workshop is suitable for people working with small to medium sized horticultural enterprises.

Notes
This is a hands-on planting workshop and is not suitable for people with injury or restricted movement, however you are welcome to attend in an observational capacity.

Administration Fee: $30 per person
