We have two (2) permanent part time Receptionist Administration Officers job opportunity available to join our Ballina/Alstonville and Yamba Campuses. The College is looking for applicants that are well presented, highly organised, customer service focused and have the proven capability to work in a fast paced, highly regulated community based Vocational Education and Training office environment.

Position overview


  • Alstonville Campus: 494 Bruxner Highway, Alstonville
  • Yamba Campus 4/13 Yamba Street, Yamba


  • 40 hours per fortnight

Skill requirements

  • Ability to establish administrative systems to self-manage workload with attention to detail with limited time constraints.
  • Drivers licence
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Friendly and receptive front-line service provision.
  • Have a can-do approach to life with problem solving capability
  • Exceptional word processing, data entry and filling skills
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Neat and tidy.
