HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
This course is for educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to provide first aid to infants, children and adults, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.
Prior to the day, students must complete a compulsory online first aid quiz accessed via the student learner portal. All other resources are provided on the day of the course.
Upon successful completion, you will obtain units of competency in:
- HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
